Your partner in conflict.

Stephanie Gauvreau

I'm the owner of MyADRC, and I’d be honored to support you as your Appropriate Dispute Resolution Consultant (ADRC). I believe every conflict deserves a thoughtful, tailored approach, and I’ll work closely with you to develop the most effective strategy for your unique situation.

Much of my experience lies in the public sector, where I’ve conducted workplace investigations, provided HR consulting, and supported restorative practices within the Alberta Public Service and Alberta Health Services. These roles ignited my passion for helping individuals and organizations navigate conflict with clarity and purpose.

As a trained ADR Consultant, I specialize in uncovering opportunities for growth and resolution in both professional and personal disputes. My services include conflict coaching, two-party and multi-party mediation, and facilitating restorative processes following significant incidents or investigations.

I also deliver workplace training on essential topics such as conflict resolution, fairness, communication, trust-building, burnout prevention, team agreements, and creating psychologically safe environments.

Thank you for visiting MyADRC. I look forward to the opportunity to support you through whatever conflict you may be facing. You can find a list of my relevant education and training below.

Services

Mediation

Mediation involves a neutral third party—like myself—facilitating a structured conversation to help you reach a resolution. I use an interest-based mediation approach, which emphasizes understanding the needs and interests of all parties to create lasting, mutually beneficial solutions.

Mediations are billed at 100 dollars per hour.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching offers one-on-one support to help you navigate current or past conflicts. Together, we’ll unpack the situation, identify patterns, and develop strategies to handle future challenges with greater confidence. Drawing on my training in conflict resolution and restorative practices, I’ll help you build the skills you need for effective, constructive engagement.

This service is ideal as a standalone option or as preparation for mediation. Leaders may also benefit from coaching when managing difficult conversations with employees or navigating workplace disputes. Additionally, conflict coaching can be offered to staff to enhance their conflict management abilities.

Conflict coaching services are billed at $50 per hour.

Education Support

This is for conflict resolution businesses that need facilitator support in delivering their workshops, conducting roleplays, or coaching support for their students.

My billing for this service is negotiable and can be discussed during our intake conversation.

Yes, discussions are generally confidential and cannot be used in court.

Typically, it’s voluntary, but some organizations may strongly encourage it before taking formal disciplinary steps.

Mediation is collaborative and aims to rebuild relationships; an HR investigation focuses on determining rule violations.

Mediation can help address root causes of conflict, but deeper cultural or systemic issues may require broader organizational change.

Parties may proceed to more formal processes like grievances, HR intervention, or even legal action if necessary.

Yes—reflect on the issues, consider what outcomes you'd like, and be open to listening and compromise. In my mediation process, I spend time with all parties prior to the mediation to help everyone prepare.
